We’re running weekly sessions until December so you can choose a date and time that suits you!
Each session includes a 30-minute presentation and 15 minutes of Q&A.

  • A look inside our School Leaver Transition Program (Term 4) and 2026 Programs/Timetable
  • How Co-Hive supports employment pathways, independence, and skill-building
  • Guidance on NDIS funding and other supports you may need
  • Stories and insights from current participants and families

  • Young adults with disability and neurodivergence (aged 17–35) ready to explore their next steps this term or for 2026!
  • Parents & carers looking for post-school pathways
  • Teachers & educators guiding transitions
  • Allied health professionals (OTs, speechies, psychologists, etc.)
  • NDIS support coordinators & professionals
