Whether you are navigating a career transition, seeking professional growth, or looking for a supportive community to share experiences, theAV Career Networkoffers structured and meaningful opportunities to help you succeed.

In2025, we have expanded our offerings to includethree distinct support groups, ensuring that individuals receive tailored guidance based on their unique needs. Across these groups, we are hosting26 events, nearly doubling our previous year’s sessions, to better serve and support our community.

Career Network Offerings Overview

The AV Career Network now includes three key pillars:

1️⃣The Career Network (Core Speaker Series & Discussions)– For professionals, career transitioners, and those with some career experience.
2️⃣The Job Seeker Network– For neurodivergent individuals actively looking for work or transitioning into employment.
3️⃣Touchstone Meetings– Open discussion spaces for career-related challenges, experiences, and strategies.

Each of these offerings is designed to provide targeted support, practical strategies, and community engagement opportunities. Below is a detailed breakdown of each group and what participants can expect.

How to Get Involved & Register

AllAV Career Networkevents are heldonline via Zoom, ensuring accessibility for neurodivergent individuals across different locations. Participants can engage with one or more of the three support streams based on their current needs.
