The Bridge has a wide variety of services for participants to access. Services are delivered from our two core business streams – The Bridge Connects and The Bridge Employment. Participants can access a range of services at the same time to help them achieve their goals.
The Bridge Connects
The Bridge Connects provides a full range of community services. Supports can be provided on and individual (1:1) basis, or in group-based settings. As much as possible support is provided to people in community settings, including leisure centres, neighborhood houses, and our own premises. Supports are delivered based on the interests and identified NDIS goals of participants.
The Bridge Employment
The Bridge Employment provides employment assistance to young people experiencing disadvantage and people with disability in both the open labour market and within supported employment settings. Activities include:
• Careers exploration
• Job search and job interview assistance
• Work experience
• Job placement support
• Ongoing support in the workplace
