Positive autistic identity is about being authentically and genuinely yourself while still being successful in social situations.
In this workshop, Paul shows us how many people are good at masking – acting in a socially appropriate way without revealing their authentic self.
He uses a Rubik’s cube to show how every individual is made up of multiple facets and sides. We get to choose which side we bring to any given situation.
He helps us understand the difference between masking and socially fitting in.
