Come and join us on Tuesday’s 1pm – 3pm for a wide range of activities in a small inclusive, safe, supportive group that is designed to build your skill set, get you involved in the community and make friendships

How to Book
Existing SASS Care participants can secure their spot by contacting SASS Care Coordinator; Trin Miller on trin.miller@sasscare.com.au or 0481 142 432.

New participants need to complete a referral form available in documents and email to trin.miller@sasscare.com.au or contact if you have any questions or would like a hardcopy referral form
