Bush Poetry at Sunset with Horses – Inverloch Equinox Festival
Join us for bush poetry readings and recitals around a fire and a warm cup of soup and damper on the first evening of The Inverloch Equinox Festival. Kids and grown ups are all welcome. Bring a blanket or a chair and let’s sit around the fire watching the horses feed at sunset and watch the sun go down. Listen to the yarns of Australian most famous bush poet Banjo Patterson. Why not bring your favourite poem to share or read or recite. Colour in tables for the little ones as well. Feel free to bring a picnic to accompany your soup. As night greets us, rug up in a cozy blanket and listen to the soft neighs of the horses as they get ready for a good night’s sleep. You will have plenty of time to head back to Inverloch which is only 5 minutes away to join the other activities. Please note that we have weather back up in The Barn.
