Neurodivergent Sparks aims to be a wholesome, welcoming space where you can just be, without pressure or the need to mask. We run monthly neuroaffirming workshops to support adults in exploring self-awareness, building community, and celebrating the richness of neurodivergent life.

A relaxed and welcoming space for adults who identify as neurodivergent (autism, ADHD, and other neurodivergent identifies) to build self-awareness, a sense of community that encourages authentic connection without judgement or a need to mask.

Activities & Features:

Monthly themed workshops (e.g., burnout, executive function)

Social events (e.g., picnics, walks, casual meetups)

Fun, engaging, participant-centered formats

Mix of discussion, mindfulness, creative expression, soft skills, and games
