I Can Explore is
An exciting program designed to give children and their families the opportunity to explore the therapeutic benefits of nature. Whilst having fun and increasing engagement with nature, children will improve:
- Social skills
- Problem solving skills
- Gross motor skills
- Fine motor skills
- Emotional regulation
- Sensory processing skills
Session will include: Warm-up group activity,
Group nature challenge,
Nature obstacle course, Group sharing and snack time

An all inclusive 6 week multi-sports program providing the opportunity to try a variety of sports, build physical strength and endurance and work together in a group to understand the importance of rules, socialising and making new friends all at the same time!
The program provides participants with the best parts of sport! Allowing them to experience:
- Opportunity to try a variety of new sports
- Interact in a group setting
- Build physical strength and endurance
- Work together in a group, fostering cooperation, teamwork and a sense of acceptance
- Improve understanding of importance of rules
- Socialising and making new friends!
