One of the great things about the NDIS is that you’re given the opportunity to choose your own providers. But we know it’s not always easy.

With so many choices and personalisations available, it can get overwhelming.

You need a provider who understands your specific needs and situations.

You’ve created your NDIS plan. Now let’s make sure you use it well.

We will only recruit skilled, experienced professionals to support you while recognising the true expert is always created by experience. We are a registered NDIS provider offering:

✅ Autism trained and industry experts in coordination of supports – We have been working in the NDIA landscape since the system was a trial site.

✅ Inclusive group activities – Watch movies, play board games, attend AFL games & NRL games, visit museums, and more!

✅ Compassionate counselling – We only have Australian Counselling Association accredited counsellors working within our clinic at all times.

✅ Individual provisions – We are more than happy to come up with a plan for sensory or environmental management both in house and in public and can create things like social stories and scripting for you.

Provider Terms & Conditions

For Self Managed participants, payment must be paid in full 7 days prior to the activity.

For Plan Managed participants, invoices will be issued after service has been provided

If participant needs transport assistance, uber expenses will be reimbursed out of the core budget (for Melbourne participants) or a travel milage will be claimed out of the core budget for staff’s vehicle (when applicable on Gold Coast). Participant will be charged 1:1 for the whole activity. Participants are able to make their own way to the group activities and charged at the group ratio.

For respite, all participants are charged 1:1. This also includes breakfast, lunch and dinner plus tickets to activity of choice (for example, entry into a theme park)
