Autistic school leavers looking to explore their strengths and discover their unique pathway to employment

PROGRAM ELIGIBLITY

Autistic school leavers with a NDIS plan with School Leaver Employment

Support funding – You will also need to be plan or self-managed

PROGRAM DETAILS

Our Empowered Pathways program is unique with every coaching session bespoke and tailored to the individual.

Your pathway journey may look like this:

• Up to 4 hours per week of 1 on 1
  coaching (flexible)
• Ongoing pathway planning
• Additional group coaching sessions
