I am very proud to be able to offer you a monthly self-care session, claimable through NDIS. During this session you will learn about self-care, different strategies to be able to support yourself and your family, as well as being able to debrief and develop connections with other carers who understand because they are in the same or similar situation.

On arrival you will be offered herbal tea, tea or coffee. We will meet as a group to get to know each other casually, before making an essential oil therapy item; working on either a therapeutic art activity; an art journal; craft activity or spending time with our therapy horses.

Cost per person is billed under 15_038_0117_1_3 Training For Carers/Parents
• Training for carers in matters related to caring for a person with disability- $74.63/hr

All carers would need to wear covered shoes, jeans or long pants, and a hat, to be able to go near horses and sign a waiver and service agreement for NDIS.

First session will be 2nd February from 11am-12:30pm, 2024, then 1st March.
