Everything you need to know

Our Women’s & NB Group is a great place to connect with other Aspergers, autistic and other similar neurodivergent profile women and NB folk to chat, share ideas, exchange advice, and support each other.

You are also welcome to attend our Adults Group or Young Adults Group, or all three if you would like to.

Sharing experiences within the safe environment of our peer support meetings can be a lifeline, and sharing with people who have similar lived experiences is validating and often educational.

As this is a parent/carer-free zone, we invite any parents or carers to attend our separate Parents & Carers Peer Support Groups.

Our Women’s & Non-Binary Group meets monthly on the third Saturday of each month. Please visit our website for upcoming dates and registration details.
