The sessions, led by Ballroom Fit’s friendly coaches, are tailored to each dancer’s needs and promote self-expression, social connection, and confidence.
Participants also improve posture, balance, coordination, and fine motor skills in a fun and supportive environment. All skill levels are welcome!
