Together We Can International Pty Ltd is a rapidly growing provider of quality NDIS supports to teens & young people with neurodiverse disabilities to assist with social outings, building social skills & friendships and obtaining sustainable employment through your NDIS support.

We came about in 2020 due to our own family struggles with lack of suitable activities in the ASD/High Functioning/Neurodiverse type of disabilities for teens and young adults who fall through the cracks and are not interested in attending traditional ‘disability’ activities.

The majority of our team have lived experience in ASD or ADHD, are past participants of ours who are wanting to make a difference to others, due to our own lived experience, the young dynamic nature of our team and the exciting non traditional activities we have on offer we are rapidly expanding as a provider of choice for ASD & ADHD young people wanting to expand their social circle and feel like they belong, it is something we are becoming really well known for in the NDIS space and something we are very proud of.

Our activities are designed by people with ASD, ADHD in conjunction with our behavioural experts and mentors we aim to have maximum engagement in our group based activities in a natural ‘non-therapeutic way’ due to our activities being super awesome in nature, exceptionally planned and lots of work done prior to them in relation to who will be on what group activities, we do the ground work so you don’t have to!

All of our staff & mentors are fully vaccinated, are engaging, fun, empathetic and have chosen this as their career, they are dynamic & exceptional at what they do because they love it! All TWCI have current WWC, NDIS & DCSI clearances as well as first aid, drivers licence & ASD Awareness training and we send all staff profiles through to you and arrange a meet and greet prior to commencing any supports to ensure we are matching the right worker to your specific needs & personality.
